The 1984 film Beat Street followed a group of young people as they live and breathe hip hop and all the elements that surround it. The movie provides an in depth look at the early stages of rap and makes you feel like you took a time machine back to the 80's. Be careful, you may find yourself writing rhymes and beat-boxing.
